I have developed a long-term growth roadmap for their DTC service, Amanda Daycare, in 2022. Identified critical inefficiencies in B2C targeting, successfully mapping a localized business development strategy that leveraged neighboring corporate HR departments as direct acquisition channels for employee childcare services. This strategy was successfully adopted and implemented into the core business model by leadership in 2025.
During my tenure at PT Cinta Anak Bangsa, I spearheaded the operational and regulatory roadmap for a high-priority partnership with PT HM Sampoerna, transforming initial compliance frameworks into a scalable service model. By architecting the legalization and accreditation strategy for Daycare Tunas Hebat in alignment with KEMENPPPA standards, I bridged the gap between complex governmental requirements and efficient daily operations through the development of comprehensive SOPs. My strategic coordination with APINDO and corporate stakeholders not only streamlined project milestones but also established a localized business development framework that integrated employee childcare services into the core corporate infrastructure, ultimately securing long-term service excellence and accreditation.
